Orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida. Most items will ship for free within the United States via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. If you'd like to upgrade to a different shipping service, you may select from the options at checkout. All orders over $100 come with complimentary signature confirmation.
I cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please consider purchasing order protection at checkout. If your item is lost, damaged or stolen and you paid for order protection at checkout, you must contact me within 10 days of the ship date. It may take up to 30 business days to receive compensation from the insurer.
Please allow 1-2 business days for ready-to-ship items to ship. Made-to-order items will have the processing time in the listing description. Custom orders require 6-10 weeks for production.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot accept responsibility for shipping delays due to customs.
If your country has a restriction on the import of jewelry via mail, you must be willing to accept the risk that your package may be confiscated at customs. If that should occur, I unfortunately cannot provide a refund or replacement. You can check if your country has any restrictions here. If your country only allows the import of jewelry under a specific shipping method (i.e. Priority Mail), please select that shipping method at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should you have any issues with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. You must ship the item back within 14 days of delivery in order to receive store credit. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will only be issued if there was an error on my part.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, I will issue you a store credit (or refund, if applicable) within 2 business days.
Sale items, custom, made-to-order, and personalized orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged. Please be 100% sure of your size, design preference, and any budgetary considerations before purchasing.

To protect your return, please use the original packaging and purchase a trackable shipping service with insurance. I unfortunately cannot approve returns for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail during the return process.
CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom orders are only available a few times a year, and only a limited number of spots are released at a time. If you would like to be notified when customs are open and get early access to the spots, you can sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of this page.
Custom orders without personalization require a non-refundable deposit up-front, with the remaining balance due within 7 days from completion. If you cannot pay the balance within 7 days, I reserve the right to sell the item to someone else. Your deposit unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Personalized orders that cannot be resold require a full non-refundable deposit up-front.
Kindly note that custom, made-to-order, and personalized orders cannot be returned, so please be 100% sure of your size and design preferences.
You can put down a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve an item for up to 30 days. Once the remaining balance is paid, I will ship you the item. If you can't pay the balance within 30 days, I reserve the right to sell the item to someone else. Your deposit unfortunately is not refundable. If you are interested in this payment plan, please contact me so I can create you a custom listing for the deposit.
Please note: This payment plan is NOT available at the time of a new collection release for items in that collection.
GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING
All La Femme Boheme items come gift-wrapped in packaging made from 100% recycled, reused, or biodegradable components. Please reuse or recycle the packaging to the extent possible.
Please leave a note at checkout if your order includes a gift. I offer complimentary cards for personalized gift messages upon request.
I unfortunately cannot resize any finished rings. Please be 100% of your ring size before purchasing. However, I do offer ring adjusters for only $2 or free with any purchase over $50. Contact me for details.
If you're unsure of your ring size, visit your local jeweler or any shop that sells engagement rings or add this ring sizing gauge to your cart. It's free with any purchase over $50.
To ensure the longevity of your handmade piece, avoid wet and strenuous activity while wearing jewelry and remove for swimming, showering, applying lotion, playing sports, hand washing, etc.
Sterling silver, brass and copper tarnish with exposure to oxygen and moisture, so store in a dry location, preferably in an airtight bag. To remove tarnish, simply use a polishing cloth (I recommend the Sunshine brand). Avoid commercial jewelry cleaning solutions as these can be too harsh and can remove patinas or destroy more porous stones like turquoise, opal, malachite, and coral. Avoid contact with stones when using a polishing cloth.
If a piece gets dirty, clean with a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water.
