Deposit on a custom order item

This listing is for a deposit on ONE custom order item. If you’d like multiple items, please be sure to change the quantity accordingly. Once the deposit is paid, I will email you to discuss your custom piece. I can only accept custom orders for previously-made designs. A small number of changes to the original design may be allowed upon discussion. You can see nearly all of my previous pieces here.

I have a wide variety of stones for you to choose from. Unfortunately, I cannot accept orders for pieces made with customer-supplied stones.

I can only calculate a price once the stone and design have been selected. Please keep in mind that my average price ranges from $100 for simpler designs to $400 for more complex designs with rarer stones. Earrings typically cost more as they require twice the amount of labor and materials.

Should you decide you no longer want a custom piece, you can cancel and receive a partial refund of your deposit at any point before production has begun. The amount of the refund will be equal to your deposit less the number of hours spent discussing your order multiplied by a rate of $20/hr.

Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date the design and price are finalized for completion. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of the date of completion. If you cannot pay by that date, I reserve the right to sell the item to someone else. In this case, your deposit unfortunately is not refundable.
